Clean Streets Committee
The Clean Streets Committee was founded in 2010 with a mission of promoting pluralism through common environmental goals.
As a grass-roots organization they worked to address social issues affecting local communities, and work with neighborhood volunteers to complete the activities. Created and directed events which have brought out hundreds of volunteers and have spurred positive reactions from community members and all levels of government.
We make it a point to attend every and any important meeting or event taking place within or pertaining to our community. Any Town Hall meeting, police community meeting, school board meeting, we come together and attend. We make it a priority to stay actively engaged as we grow in order to maintain a presence and represent our community.
Roberto Clemente Park
We want the town to reopen Roberto Clemente Park in Brentwood NY. Formally known as Timberline Park. We collected over 1300 signatures both online and in person for the petition regarding this topic. We voiced our concerns at the Islip Town Hall meeting on September 20th, 2016 and handed over the petitions. We attended the September 15th, 2016 DEC meeting concerning the clean up of the park and will continue to make noise until our park is opened.
We want to help make our towns graffiti free. If you see graffiti please contact us (631) 260-1523 so that we can push to get it removed or clean it up ourselves.
Together we can make sure our community business buildings and neighbors fences remain clean and clear of eye sores.
Food, Coat and Toy Drive
We teamed up with Feed the Need South Shore in order to help them in their mission to help families and individuals who are affected by unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances such as homelessness, poverty, and hunger.
We also help families during the holidays season. If you know a family in need, please contact us @
