About the event
The 16th Annual Clean Streets Project is a community-wide volunteer event focused on bringing residents together to help clean and beautify our neighborhoods while promoting community pride and unity.
Hosted by Uplift Our Towns, volunteers of all ages will work alongside local organizations, businesses, schools, and community leaders to help improve areas throughout Brentwood, Central Islip, and surrounding communities.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 from 9 AM–4 PM at Roberto Clemente Park in Brentwood and will include volunteer cleanup efforts, community resources, music, food, giveaways, and a community celebration following the cleanup activities.
